Glory of Telugu Language Stressed

Jan 05, 2005: Telugu Culture possess a glorious past that is well-allied with its an excellent present & a glorious future ahead. Its focus around the world is a well-entrenched one, a factor that has been very effectively stressed by the former Director of Texas American University Mr E C G Sudarshan in a international seminar on ‘Telugu Culture with philosophical discussions’, that was organised bythe famed Potti Sriramulu Telugu University in association with International Telugu Center, Hyderabad & the Center for Telugu Studies, Chicago & Bharati Arts Council, Chicago. Also present on the occasion were the former Governor of Karnataka, V S Rama Devi.

The beauty of the language and its flow powered by itssmooth passage through the ages is known and promises to cruise ahead with the same pace. The overflowing presence of the Telugu Population in USA is known and the same has been well carried by the second and third generation Telugu people.

The need for spreading its glory was well stressed and the aid of the modern technology to create a better impact among the global population was a particular necessity. The gathering included a sizeable gathering of people from all walks of life.

Telugu language is one of the premier languages and possess the capacity to make it to the top five bracket of world’s top five languages.
