Health Sanitary Inspector (12 Months) 2. Library & Information Science (6 Months) Eligibility A 10+2 in any faculty with minimum of 45% (40% for SC/ST/OBC) required. However applicants who will complete there 10+2 examination by June 27th, 2004 will also eligible to apply for both the courses. Reservations (i) 15%, 7.5% of seats reserved for SC/ST/OBC candidates respectively (ii) 7.5% seats for persons with disability (PWD) (iii) 15% supernumerary seats reserved for foreign national. Applications should be in prescribed format of name, Fathers Name, Date of Birth, Educational Qualification, Address and Telephone No. of Correspondence etc. • No correspondence will be done without registration number Application Brochure can be obtain from the institute on cash payment of Rs.100/- in person or through post by sending a D.D. for Rs.150/- per form and a self address cloth lined envelope (20cms x 25cms).
