Post Graduate Diploma in Tribal Studies
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in any Discipline
Duration: Two Years
Stipend: In some deserving cases the Academy will offer stipend to trainees to meet the hostel and mess costs.
Commencement of Course
The course will commence from 1st January, 2003.
The course of study is designed to combine enhancement of the trainee’s academic development as well as ability to become community leader and carry out development work.
Application on a plain paper giving the applicant’s Name, Age, Address, Educational Qualification should reach Director, Tribal Academy, Tejgadh-391156, Taluka Chhota Udepur, Baroda District, Gujarat latest by 30th November, 2002.
M.Phil. and Ph.D. Programme
Qualification: A Master’s Degree in any discipline
Admission: Admission will be given on the basis of a pre admission workshop to be held on 20-24 December, 2002 at Tejgadh (District Baroda).
The Programme will be common for M.Phil. and Ph.D. for the first term, after which the scholars will be streamed and attached to their guides.
Request for attending the pre admission workship should reach Director, Tribal Academy, Tejgadh-391156, Taluka Chhota Udepur, Baroda District, Gujarat latest by 30th November 2002.
